Description

Fluoxetine, sold under the brand names Geoxit among others, is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor class.

It is used for the treatment of major depressive disorder, obsessive–compulsive disorder, bulimia nervosa, panic disorder, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
