Refund policy

At Cmatrend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.


1. Return Window

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


3. Change-of-Mind / Cancellation Policy

If you simply change your mind (e.g., wrong shade, wrong type, or no longer wanted), you may return the item provided it is unused and passes our quality check.

  • Handling Fee: A Rs. 200 handling fee will be:

    • Deducted from your refund amount, OR

    • Charged on delivery in the case of an exchange.

  • Order Cancellations: If you request to cancel an order after it has been placed, the amount will be refunded minus the payment gateway fee (1% to 3%) charged by the service provider.


4. Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days, depending on your bank's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.


7. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

  • Exchange Time: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
